When: 29. and 30.MAY 2010
Where: about 130 wineries all around Friuli Venezia Giulia
What: The main event and a fixed date in the calendar of any wine lover which attracts each year thousands of visitors who come to visit the approximately 130 member wineries and the areas known for their outstanding wine of Friuli Venezia Giulia. A wine tasting weekend during which you can learn many interesting facts about the techniques of winemaking. At the same time you can explore the region by bus, an offer to all wine tourists who would like to taste yet another glass of wine. A cultural and culinary framework accompanies this event, for example "dinner with the vintner”, gourmet dinners and “Cantine Bike" where on Sunday, you can explore the landscape of the Collio area by bike. The program is rounded off with art exhibitions, musical and cultural events and tastings of local delicacies in the cellars.
CALICI DI STELLE
When: 7. and 8. AUGUST 2010
Where: Historic city centers (Buttrio, Casarsa della Delizia, Corno di Rosazzo, Duino Aurisina, Gorizia, Grado, Palmanova, Povoletto, San Daniele del Friuli, Spilimbergo) and wineries
What: The summer event where you can taste the best wines of Friuli Venezia Giulia in the historic city centers and at some of the best wineries. The event will be accompanied by a varied program of entertainment with concerts and exhibitions.
SPIRITO DI VINO
When: 18. SEPTEMBER 2010
Where: Udine Castle
What: An international competition that will award the best satirical ideas about wine and encourage especially young people to drink wisely. The jury consists of the great cartoonists Giorgio Forattini, Alfio Krancic, Emilio Giannelli and Valerio Marini and of well-known personalities from the world of journalism and entertainment.
SAN MARTINO IN THE CELLAR
When: 13. und 14. NOVEMBER 2010
Where: about 60 wineries all around Friuli Venezia Giulia
What: Our autumn event for lovers of fine food and excellent wines. The different varieties of Friuli Venezia Giulia are accompanied by selected regional dishes. Particularly noteworthy is our tasting menu "dine with the vintner." In addition, guided tasting tours and test bites of typical local products are offered.
CHRISTMAS IN THE CELLAR
When: 11. und 12. DECEMBER 2010
Where: about 30 wineries all around Friuli Venezia Giulia
What: Our festive event where wine lovers may participate at guided tours at selected wineries and exchange opinions with the winemakers. In addition, many wonderful gift ideas are waiting for you: gift baskets, special offers and many other ideas for this special occasion.
SABATO ON WINE / SATURDAY ON WINE

What: A fixed appointment on the first Saturday of the month that offers all wine enthusiasts the opportunity to organise excursions into the countryside to visit wine estates, take part in cellar visits and enjoy guided tastings all year round.
